We are actively seeking acquisitions in the commercial and medical office building category with the following characteristics:

Property Type:

Class A & Class B Office Facilities both in city centers or suburban trade areas.

Deal Size:

From $2M to $7M.

Region:

Southeastern United States, defined as Texas east to South Carolina, north to Kentucky. Also heavy emphasis on Puerto Rico.

Size

20,000 to over 100,000 square feet.

Fundamental Considerations:

Great ingress/egress

Four (4) parking stalls per 1000 sq ft

Built after 1985

Single or Multi-Tenant 

Located within one mile of major highway

Clean Phase 1 and 2 reports conducted within last 48 months
