Industial Warehouse 1Concorde Group Holdings, in partnership with its network of capital partners, is a value-add developer looking to force appreciation. We are actively seeking acquisitions in the mixed-use and single-tenant industrial building category with the following characteristics:

Property Type:

Class B and Class C industrial / mixed use warehouse / distribution center / manufacturing / alternative use (studio, etc) assets in central locations

Income-yielding currently strongly preferred

Deal Size:

From $500K to $4M

Region:

Southeastern United States, defined as Texas east to South Carolina, north to Kentucky

Focus markets of Atlanta, Memphis, Arkansas, Jacksonville, FL, and South Florida

Size:

50,000 to 400,000 square feet

Fundamental Considerations:

Great ingress/egress

Within 1.5 miles to major highway

10-Cargo Bay Minimum

Single or Multi-Tenant

Clearance – 20 feet or higher 

Clean Phase 1 and 2 reports conducted within last 36 months
