Acquisition Criteria

Multifamily2Concorde Group Holdings, in partnership with its network of capital partners, is a value-add developer looking to develop and revitalize properties. We are actively seeking acquisitions in the multi-family apartment building category with the following characteristics:

Property Type:

Class A to C+ multi-family assets in urban and suburban locations with primary focus on class B assets.

We are very interested in complexes for student housing within five-mile radius to campus.

Deal Size:

From $1M to $7M

Region:

Southeastern United States, defined as Texas east to South Carolina, north to Kentucky, and south to Florida

Focus markets of Atlanta, SW/SE Florida, San Antonio, Memphis and primary cities in Alabama and Louisiana

Size:

24 to 350 units with a mix of one, two, and three bedrooms

Fundamental Considerations:

Locations close to public transportation, central business, or access to transportation routes to central business district.

1985 and above construction

80% minimum occupancy but will consider repositioned properties if well located and facilities are in good working order

 Garden and mid-rise apartment format
